The machine needs to injection small-scale extruder with plastic of other colors when matched with the extruder to produce wires. The four wheels can move flexibly. The spiral stop-go device and rotation handles can make the universal wheel on one side leave the ground and the machine position on a fast basis. The terrain clearance of module mouth is 990-1120mm. B. The vertical column of the machine is fixed on the frame of extrusion host and the upper half pat of vertical column owns treads. The rotary screw of hand is rotated to drive the machine to go up and down. The injection frame can be rotate horizontally and flexibly and it is convenient for the machine mouth to carry out counter position. The extruder will be installed on the right or left side of the host according to the left and right direction.

Adopts advanced mechanical structure and electrical control, used for extrusion production various wire, can φ50, φ60, φ70, φ80, φ90 and other various discoloration crossheads which connect with extrusion and machine. The overall electromechanical property and process performance are all superior to the traditional color-injection machine. Corresponding crosshead is equipped on the machine and auxiliary machine can also be used for extruding different kinds of wires.
