产生偏心的原因有: Cause reason
1.模具未调整好
Mould do not ajust it well
2.模具磨损
Mould is abrade
3.选错模具，模具过大
Choose the wrong molud , the mould is too big .
4.模芯，模套距离过大
Inside die and outside distance is big
5.押出机的机头温度不均匀
Extrusion head temperature is asymmetry .
6.机头有杂质堵塞
Extruder head has impurity in block .
纠正方法: Correct way
1.调正模具，使模具同芯
Adjust the mould , to make it in the same core .
2.更换模具
Change the mould
3.按押出机工艺要求,依线径大小选模
According to the cable size to choose the mould size in suibale
4.把模芯，模套调至合适位置
Adjust the inside die and outside die in suitable place
5.适当提高机头温度
Try to improve the extruder head temperature in suitable
6.清理机头
Clean the extruder head .
