押出挤包层断面有气孔或气泡

1)温度控制过高（特别是进料段）；
Temperature is higher ( especial the feeding part )

2）塑料受潮有水分；
Plastic is affected with damp , and it is wet

3）押出机长时间停车，分解塑料未排除干净；
Extrusion stop for a long time , the plasic inside of the screw is not clean

4）自然环境湿度高；
Environment is high humidity .

5）电缆芯内有水或气化物含量过高。
Inside of the cable contains excessive amounts of water or vapors

针对上述原因，应合理控制押出机螺杆各段的温度；对所用物料提前预干燥；严格工艺操作要求，提高对塑料塑化程度的评判能力；注意生产环境以及物料保管仓储条件等。
